Apartments Vila Riva

"Well sized apartments with everything you would need. Fridge, hob, sofas, nice balcony area. You have to pay for cleaning of the room which we didn't bother with but asked for new towels and got them no issues also as far we are aware there is no set time for reception. Being honest think we have came at very quiet time of year as Slano is a bit of a ghost town but we have used it as a base for Ston, Mostar, Dubrovnik and Kotor. Used libertas bus to get to Dubrovnik which is €3.70 single, 45 mins journey. Studenac shop 5 mins walk has all the essentials."

"Amazing apartment!! Clean, spacious, perfect location. Seems you won’t be disappointed with any of the apartments. Yes it’s true that upstairs do not have balconies. However, there is a communal terrace which is perfect and rarely shared. I’ve had a few mornings sitting quietly with a cuppa. Same as the pool- you will never be without a sunbed. We had a downstairs apartment, which does have some outside space, it is not private to us, but it may as well be as we’ve only seen a couple of people walking past to access the gate. I’ve never been on the same holiday twice. But Slano- I wouldn’t have to think twice. It’s September and so peaceful. The beaches and sea are stunning. If you want sunbeds/parasols then head toward the grand admiral hotel. If no need for these, then head past the mariner. Which we did, as suggested by another TA review. Heads up for smokers- Vila Riva- is entirely non smoking. Inside and out."

"A beautifully clean and well equipped apartment on the top floor overlooking the harbour. The Vila has a modern fresh feel to it with an efficient, friendly staff. Outside, the grounds and pool at the rear are excellent with plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. The village has good cafes and restaurants as well as a couple of small supermarkets. There is a stall by the church selling local produce and small beaches a short walk either side of the harbour where you can swim in the beautifully clean sea. Would go again to this quiet family-oriented village."
