"We had an absolute wonderful experience staying here. The location is super convenient, making it really easy to get around and explore the area. The atmosphere of the place is incredibly cozy, welcoming, and relaxed.  The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Everything was spotless the level of cleanliness throughout the entire property was exceptional. On top of that, it offers amazing value for money given the top-notch quality and service provided.  Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!"

"This place is perfect if you like a hotel that is off the beaten path and authentic, in a neighborhood. It's on a little cobblestone side road but it leads right to a main road. If you take the main road about 7 minutes down you will arrive at the Trevi Fountain. So while it is close enough to the action it is also nicely away from it. The room was clean and really nice, with a great big bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, and I am really picky about beds! There's a great rooftop space if you want to go up there with a glass of wine and just get some fresh air and see the twinkling lights at night. If you arrive early and your room isn't ready there is a little sitting area in the back of the hotel where you can nap in a chair or something or at least just relax. As far as restaurants in the area, there's one right down the street I think it has the word barbarini in it, but the best one we found was run by a bunch of 25-year-olds and it was amazing. I think it was called Fraschettetia. A great non touristy little joint with great food. If you turn right out of the hotel, make the first left and it's down a few stairs. And there's another one called Signor Vino at the end of the block. The best part for me was the amazing staff! At the reception desk Francesca, Mauro and Davide we're always available with a smile to help us. The bell boys Wilson and Wilmer were awesome and I was excited to speak Spanish with them as they are from Colombia I think. The ladies working breakfast every morning, Giuseppe, Desiree and Mirta were absolutely wonderful, always service with a smile and, Lord help me, whoever is making those pastries and croissants! Delish! The ladies even helped me with some shopping area recommendations. I highly recommend the Roommate Filippo!"

"The suites are quite worn and could use renovation. The laundry room is very small, impractical, and not up to the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the reception service was very poor. The staff had limited English proficiency, rarely answered calls, and seemed understaffed, resulting in long waiting times."
