"We came for 3 nights and had a fabulous stay, staff were all so helpful, give you a run down of the area / top tips and also give you a map which was really useful, the beds were incredibly comfy, rooms spotless and breakfast was gorgeous. Highly recommend!!"

"We stayed at "THIS 4-STAR HOTEL", 2-night in one of the rooms, where I was totally surprised by the low quality of the room, dirty walls with scratches, dust everywhere, all kinds of broken objects in the room , especially in the bathroom. I went down to the reception and wanted to discuss this problem where I came across an arrogant and uncooperative gentleman, that I would like to change the room or how we can remedy this discomfort, so that we can have a decent room in which to spend our stay. I was surprised at how I was treated, he yelled at me and suggested that I keep that room. The breakfast is poor, without a menu, in a very small place, in the basement, with a very rudimentary way of serving customers. I chose this hotel based on those pictures on the websites. Those pictures are not real, compared to what is offered and especially for a 4 star hotel. This is not an honest and fair way to sell and promote yourself! And to treat customers!"

"The Hotel is amazing and Fulvia at the front desk is AWESOME!!!! Will stay again!!!! The breakfast was beautiful and generous with amazing food and lovely people who serve you. The front desk will call a taxi for you and give you a map with all the places you want to see and their personal references on what is best. This is about the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life, highly recommend and we will definitely come back again"
