"My experience at CC Palace Hotel was simply outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Stefania, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel at home from the very first moment. Her service was exceptional and made our stay even more special. The entire hotel staff is amazing, everyone is friendly, caring, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room is beautiful, extremely comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the towels are soft and of excellent quality, and the shower deserves a special mention, it is simply a dream! After spending the whole day exploring Rome, coming back to the hotel was always a pleasure. The CC Palace Hotel is wonderful in every way. It is rare to find a hotel that combines outstanding facilities with such warm and genuine hospitality. You can truly feel the care and dedication the entire team puts into every detail. This hotel deserves a 10/10, or even 1000/10! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend CC Palace Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Rome. Thank you for making our trip even more special!"
