Borgobianco Resort & Spa Polignano – MGallery

"It really is the staff that make this hotel just wonderful. They were all so welcoming and friendly that we went around with a smile on our faces all week. We had a brilliant time and enjoyed every aspect of it. The breakfast buffet was full of great choices, and there was also the option of ordering cooked food such as omelettes, pancakes and waffles. Salvero, Luciano, and all the restaurant team made us feel so welcome during breakfast and also at our evening meal as we were half board. Their chef is magnificent!! The hotel had a very relaxing ambiance and we felt chilled as we walked through the door. The reception staff couldn’t do enough for you. We also enjoyed our time in the spa, including the indoor spa pool, with sauna and steam rooms too. We both had massages and I had a wonderful facial. A special mention goes to Pamela on the spa reception desk who was incredibly helpful. The room was a decent size, comfortable and spotless. In the bathroom we would have preferred a shelf with which to put things on, maybe under the sink and also a grab rail in the shower. The shower was a lovely design and very powerful. The hotel is surrounded by farmland where they grow watermelon and parsley, and this is why the area is so peaceful and quiet. It is situated out of town but they do offer a bookable shuttle to go to and from the town of Poligano a Mare which we would recommend doing. We will miss you all and feel so much better healthwise for staying with you. Thank you so much and don’t be surprised if you see us again!!"

"Excellent short stay. Lovely quiet location, well presented spa and outside pool. Plenty of choice and good quality breakfast. Dinner also very good, in fact we ate there more than once. Complimentary shuttle bus to Polignano a Mare available. Best of all, the staff are wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay."

"Beyond the excellent facilities and services, this hotel stands out for the warmth and professionalism of all its staff. Great experience!"
