Best Western Hotel Madison

"The Hotel was very close to Milano Central Station and thus quite easy to get to. Staff were friendly and everything worked out well. The room was nice, not fancy but perfect for what was a good price. Someone previously mentioned the TV hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the room, but it was right at the edge of the bottom of the bed, so it was not in a place where you would bump your head, and frankly it seemed to me it was either there, or no TV at all. The room had a desk, which was nice and the bathroom was well equipped and good, other than no hair conditioner. Breakfast was just okay, not bad, not great, but convenient. My only issue was that the batteries on the remote were dead, and I had to request new ones. Oddly this happens to me in about 50% of all hotels I stay at, even 5 star. Would it kill the maids to test them every few years? Anyway, great hotel for a short stay especially if you are by yourself. I would stay again."

"A good hotel for someone who just needs a homebase to explore Milan from. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast and close by to the Milan central station. We stayed for 2 nights and got a corner room on the second floor that was really quiet."
