"Our stay at voco Milan was booked as part of a birthday treat, and we chose your hotel because spa access was confirmed to us in writing in May. On arrival, we were told the spa had been closed since 13th June, information that was never communicated beforehand. Had we known, we would have booked a hotel in central Milan, as we incurred substantial taxi costs due to your location. We also requested assistance twice regarding a TV issue, and both times the matter was dismissed and left unresolved. This stay did not reflect the standard we expected, and we request that you review our experience and offer appropriate compensation."

"3 nights stay Friday to Monday Reasonable rates The hotel is located quite far from Milan, which any saving on the room rate went to taxi ( between. 35€ to 45€ each way to Milan Navigli or Duomo ) The bed and bedding is nice The room clean with very good AC. It tick all the boxes. Breakfast is good, service as well. Had dinner in on Friday night, food was delusion and well presented, service attentive. The only thing I would recommend is to add MUSIC as background. Since there were only few tables, there was no atmosphere at all which is a shame.
