"Me and my parter stayed here for 4 nights , the location was absolutely perfect around a 4 min walk to central station . I booked our package trip through love holidays . When I booked I booked a twin double room annex unware or what annex meant due to the fact there was no information or pictures of this annex room when booking so it was assumed I was booking to stay in the actual hotel . It was right next door to hotel , run down was a shared building with other company’s and quite a tatty room ,however bed was comfortable and the showered worked fine . the aircon didn’t work properly which was really frustrating due to the heat so every time we needed it Turing on or off we had to ring reception for them to do it on there end . The mini fridge kept things at room temperate so wasn’t working either and me an my parter didn’t feel safe leaving our personal items such as passports and money in the room as of the location off the annex . The staff in the hotel were lovely but obviously didn’t see them as we were in a separate building . We had breakfast included in our stay which we only had once because we didn’t feel it was very nice , very limited selection and far too many guests in such a small area , which is such a shame as this would of been more convenient during our stay . We were both aware of the tourist tax requirements however it was advertised by loveholdidays that for both of us for the full duration it was only €35 but instead we had to pay €80 . Overall I would of liked to reccomend this hotel but we didn’t stay in the main building so I can’t comment but the location is great"

"The hotel is ideally situated a 2 minute walk from the central station. We were greeted warmly and the entrance is very bright amd spotlessly clean. We checked in with ease. On thw trip was myself, husband and our 16 year old son. I had booked a superior room as I wanted my son to have a decent bed as he is 6ft1. Our room was 407 which was weirdly placed behind a separate door at the end of the corridor. You had to buzz in thay door with the key then there was 406 and 407 doors. This was a problem at night amd early as whoever was in 406 was getting in late/going out early (5.30am one morning) and the first door would slam shut. So i would avoid these rooms purely for that reason. The room itself was very clean, cleaned every day with fresh towels. The bathroom amd shower were fabulous. Although the sink was in the main room which I found a little strange. The bed situation was not ideal. A bed chair which was more for a younger child. We complained but told they were full that night and it would be an extra 200 euros to upgrade to 2 double beds the next day. We chose not too and took turns each on the chair bed. Also the lack of clothes space was an issue we had to live out of suitcases. As the open plan storage unit didnt have enough for 1 nevermind 3. The breakfast was good plenty of choice and fresh. The Breakfast room is small though for the size of the hotel and we sometimes struggled for a table. The girl who works mornings in there is amazing she never stops so hats off to her."

"We had a room on the top floor with an own big balcony, it was great! Room was modern, spacious and clean, and it was lovely to sit on the balcony after a long day. Location of the hotel is great, close to everything, but still it was a very quiet location. There was practically no street noise coming to our room, nor the balcony. Breakfast was ok but the breakfast room was quite noisy and crowded."
