"We stayed here for the Christmas holiday then returned in the New Year for a few days. This is a nice hotel with lovely, friendly & helpful staff. Tyrone was extremely helpful in giving us a referral for a restaurant for our meals. Our room was an efficiency unit & so we wanted to buy cooked meals & be able to eat at our leisure, have utensils & also be able to use our leftovers when required. We also bought items at the nearby Sainsburys & so were able to use the kitchen in our room (mini fridge, cooktop & dishwasher all available within the room) to make our own meals whenever needed (we didn’t cook!). This hotel is a little gem. Lots of restaurants nearby, there’s a church literally opposite the hotel where we attended Midnight Mass & transportation to the attractions is all within reach. Easy Uber pickups also, though there’s a little walk out to meet your pickup since they can’t drive to the hotel’s entrance.
Gopika, Sachin & Rilshad were all very helpful with whatever we asked of them. There’s also free laundry in the basement. We felt at home here. We stayed for just over a week then left to do other travels & requested our original room on our return & although they told us it wasn’t guaranteed, we did receive our original room on our return. The breakfast as a bit repetitive but we coped with it. We enjoyed our stay here. No complaints."
