Hermes Hotel

"Lovely clean hotel, room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. All staff were very friendly, thanks to Pano, Marcus and Billy in the bar and to Mesi our cleaner, lovely. The manager was more than helpful when we requested a change of rooms because of my hip problem, he even offered to help us move. Only downside was the lack of beds by the pool. Yes we would stay again. It may be a steep slope up but you're told that in the brochure."

"Hotel was up a very steep hill, hotel was very dated, was stated a 4* but it was more like a 2* paid 4* rate for tourist tax, rooms very basic, restaurant was the pool bar, breakfasts were cold, not enough tables for the amount of people staying there, not enough sunbeds, manger told staff to take down sun umbrella's when there was a breeze when it was the hottest time of day, told residents to go to room if they were too hot. No rep at Hotel, seen rep in town centre was told she would get someone to call us within the hour still waiting for phone call. Not worth the money we paid Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone."

"Location is halfway between bus stop 0 and bus stop 26, incredibly steep driveway, so no good for people with mobility issues. Well stocked supermarket at bottom of driveway with incredibly kind and helpful staff.... Atmosphere was fantastic from other guests and all the young staff, young bar staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Owner was stickler for the many rules and regulations in place....room was clean and functional and cleaned everyday, nothing exceptional for the 4* rating and tourist tax...value was ok, breakfast wide choice even if some of the offerings a bit odd lol. Overall had a wonderful time at Hermes Hotel, met lovely people, relaxed by lovely pool and due to very steep driveway lost 2 kgs 😁😁"
