"We spent 10 nights here as a family in August and I can genuinely say this was the best holiday we have ever had. We absolutely loved this hotel and were so sad to leave. It is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where I have come home already wanting to book another visit.
My son and I are vegan, and the way the hotel looked after us was exceptional. The staff and chefs went completely above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible choice of food, and it was honestly some of the best food I have ever eaten at a hotel.
Before our stay, they even asked what my son’s favourite food was. I told them mint choc chip ice cream, and the chefs made him homemade vegan mint choc chip ice cream especially for him! He absolutely loved it and it was such a thoughtful touch.
The pastry chef was incredible too. I was made the most beautiful vegan desserts, all presented like something you would expect in a very high-end restaurant and, more importantly, absolutely delicious. Throughout the holiday we had vegan pancakes, burgers, meatballs, nuggets, gyros, moussaka, sushi, dumplings, bao buns and so many other dishes. There was so much choice that we never felt as though we were missing out on anything. Quite the opposite!
The staff were phenomenal throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, kind and incredibly attentive, and we felt genuinely valued and so well looked after. There were many wonderful members of staff whose names unfortunately we didn’t catch, but we would particularly like to thank Efi, who looked after us so well and made sure we always had plenty of delicious vegan options.
We would also love to mention Polina, Krishna, Valeria, Robert, Diomely, Diana, Ionna, Chris the lifeguard, Queen and Ketut. Diana in particular looked after us wonderfully at breakfast and dinner, making sure we had a variety of coconut and soya yoghurts, vegan pancakes, vegan salami and chicken slices and so many other things. Every member of staff we encountered helped make our holiday feel special.
The hotel itself is gorgeous. It is beautifully and stylishly designed, spotlessly clean and has stunning views from so many areas. Despite being fully booked during our stay, it never felt crowded or hectic. It still felt wonderfully peaceful.
We stayed in room 203 with a sea view and absolutely loved it. The room was beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable and waking up to that view every morning was such a treat.
The pool area is lovely, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers. We never struggled to find beds, even in August, and you could choose between the sunny side of the pool or the shadier side depending on what you preferred. Our children loved being able to use their inflatables in the pool too.
The beach is equally beautiful, with comfortable loungers and gorgeous views. I highly recommend getting up early at least once and watching the sunrise from the beach. It is breathtaking and one of my favourite memories from the holiday.
I also used the gym, which was very well equipped, and really enjoyed the yoga sessions that are offered a couple of times a week.
Lindos is very easy to visit from the hotel too. We paid around €10 each way in a taxi and it is such a beautiful town, so definitely worth an evening out.
The evening entertainment we saw was good. If I could make one tiny suggestion, it would perhaps be to have some form of entertainment every evening rather than on selected nights, but that is purely personal preference and certainly wouldn’t take anything away from our five-star experience.
What really makes this hotel special, though, is the people. The level of care we received was far beyond anything we expected. The staff didn’t simply provide great service; they made us feel genuinely cared for.
Our whole family agrees that this was the best holiday we have ever had. We came home with such happy memories and cannot wait to return.
