"We enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave. The staff were friendly, the service was amazing. Food: Pan Asian, Italian and Greek in the evenings were lovely. Managed to book 5 out of the 9 nights. We felt the buffet main restaurant let’s down the hotel, we tried to avoid it which is a shame as thought it would be better quality as it’s supposed to be a premium 5 star. We always ate at the tex Mex, pizza or American food American food options for lunch, or had pitta corner/ ouzeri around 5ish to avoid main buffet. Omelettes for breakfast were lovely. Drinks- they were all great, espresso martinis and spicy margaritas in the hotel bar and evening bar were lush! Best drinks we’ve experienced in an all inclusive. The rooms- Noisy from above and next door. Definitely need refreshments as very tired, we were really surprised how dated it was. It wasn’t the room we paid for either, we didn’t book a family room, and it had no benefit to us as we had the cot next to our bed, if you were sat on the balcony you’d just see the wall. To see the view you’d have to stand which wasn’t relaxing at all. Beach- stunning, clean and plenty of beds! Lots of the staff made a fuss over our son which was nice, He loved it! He was poorly at the start of the trip, reception offered a phone call to the doctor which was €150 euros, we opted to go in to see see a doctor which was €190. Overall we’d come back but will Keep on eye on refurbishments or make sure we get a nicer room next time"
