OYA Beach Resort

"This is our last full day at Serita Beach hotel. We have been here for 9 nights and was here the same last October 2024! After having such a lovely holiday last year we came back with the family and grandchildren. This hotel is very good value for the cost… The staff are all amazingly friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean / room serviced everyday with fresh linen/towels. Its more than adequate for 4* . The food is amazing with so much choice always fresh, fish, meat, lamb , salads - what ever you want . There are 3 seperate restaurants greek, Italian & shushi each offer lovely service and food . Breakfast has everything you could want . I have read bad reviews on the food here and all i can say is you must expect gourmet food at 4* prices- the food is delicious !! Cocktails are nice , again not fancy but you can pay if you want that, all inclusive drinks are adequate and generous served by friendly bar staff The entertainment team are super fun and so friendly. Theres a spa we have had massages which were lovely. Sunbeds and pools are nice and the beds are very comfy. We recommend this and say look beyond any negative reviews as it lovely!! Theres a lovely jewellery shop inside hotel with the man that makes the jewellery his name is Thanossis and he is lovely, i bought an earring and pendant set handmade that is beautiful!! All in all for the price we recommend this hotel as a lovely stay , relaxing with nice surroundings, beach and bars! Hope to see them again after renovations starting next month. Thank you for a great holiday , weather was amazing too , in the late 20’s for october!! 😀"

"Hotel very good but needs to improve cleaning regime room was filthy shower had bugs and hairs in it we complained to have it cleaned again but was just as bad afterwards we had to clean it ourselves pool areas had rubbish pushed under sunbeds needs a deep clean"

"The Hotel is closing at the end of the month October The hotel is excellent My only issue is there’s not enough public toilets within distance of the pool and only one female toilet that is continually used and ppl banging on the door The bar area occasionally stinks if sewerage in the evenings so much so it burns your eyes !! The food however is exceptionally good and the staff are amazing The manager team and Octavian are lovely The entertainment crew Johanna and Mollie are AMAZING Honestly I’d come again if they fix the issues when they have the refurb Drinks are good Wine is decent for local wine Cocktails are fine too It’s definitely a 3 star Worth a go for sure Good Holiday for the cost but just need to fix the issues aforesaid"
