"We booked via easyJet Holidays for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel are really efficient and friendly - the food is extremely good - the pools are great - the beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming (including snorkelling). We booked a room with a balcony, and it was perfect. It is easy to catch the bus from just outside the hotel to go to Kos Town. We also hired a car for the day from the very helpful agent in the hotel lobby - definitely worth doing so that you can visit the thermal pool along the coast from Kos Town as well as the other beaches to the west of Kardamena. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would definitely come back again."

"Decided to continue once more before summer ended, so I quickly made sure with 2 of my friends from Europe (France and Italy, respectively,) that we'd go to one of the Islands instead of Crete once again, to experience something else, something more intriguing. Arrived on the 8th of August, and what can I say... Location was amazing and beautiful, we had a room with the view being the sea infront of us, very beautiful. Staff was also very nice and kind, able to have a small conversation with them and exchange laughs. Food was also very great, even better with this hot but not rough wind blowing into your face, giving you freshness on the face. The atmosphere was perfect aswell, very captivating especially in the evening, when you're in your room drinking or eating, and all you hear is the sea and crickets. Beautiful. Our room was also very clean and whenever we needed to clean something or wash, even though we brought some of our own to do that, the staff would offer themselves to do it instead. Just, awesome. I don't know any other way to put it but I hope that makes it clear."

"The hotel is beautifully laid out and the second floor maisonette that we were given (rather than the garden room we had booked) was spacious and clean. However you could tell that the hotel was due to close (Nov 2nd I believe) as it had that end of season feel with staff ready for their winter break! I didn’t find it that clean and the hygiene at the pool bar was very poor. Bags and strings of glasses which had been collected from all round the grounds were summarily dumped on the counter inclusive of old straws and bits of lemon etc then given a very brief dip in a bowl of water before going into the drying machine; I am not surprised therefore that both my partner and I were violently ill for 24 hours on the Sunday of our stay. I also found the food in the main restaurant was never very hot with soup tepid, and some of the hot choices well below the temperature that you would expect them to be at and this was around 18:30. All in all quite disappointing."
