"Location amazing couldn’t fault it when you pay 4star prices , arrived room wasn’t ready so waited was excited to unpack go to the pool , room ready checked in found our room eventually bottom towards the older side of the building close to the beech , scanned the card wow disgusting smell of wee old smell furniture was dated not been painted in ages , anyway unpacked thought just enjoy the outside of the hotel , that night went to sleep , woke the next morning 5.30 am to trollies going up down corridor to the restaurant which was 2 doors from our room 103 , after paying 3 thousand pounds for 7 nights all inclusive for 2 people it wasn’t as luxury like on the pictures of our room more like the rooms the staff would sleep in as they were working there , went to reception totally different atmosphere as when checking in there happy to take your money but complaining after you have received your room not so pleasant, the hotel was full and there was no rooms available as i booked 7 months in advance I wasn’t happy , just tried to make the most of a bad situation."

"We are staying at the Atlantica beach resort kos for a 10-day all-inclusive vacation. It is lovely close to the airport so that you are at the hotel in fifteen minutes. This also has a negative effect near the airport; the hotel is right under the flight path of that same airport, sometimes a low-flying plane every 10 minutes during the day and even sometimes at night. But okay, we knew that in advance because of the reviews we had read for the books. We were a bit early at the hotel, room access was at 3:00 PM, we checked in at the hotel at 11:00 AM, we were allowed to use all the hotel facilities in the meantime while waiting for the room. It was a friendly reception, with an explanation of the how and what in the hotel. The general first impression was a nicely maintained hotel with beautiful gardens, swimming pools, and a beach. We were brought to the room in an electric vehicle, we were on the 1st floor, the hotel staff member who brought us was a super friendly person and helped wherever he could (carrying heavy luggage upstairs), our room was the last one in the building, a reasonable distance from the main building, without an elevator. In the main building, there are elevators everywhere Standard room with sea view; The room was admittedly dated but equipped with everything you expect in a hotel room, the shower in the bathtub is not suitable for large people. But also everything provided in the bathroom (shower gel, .....) and beautifully clean. It was a spacious room with a beautiful balcony with a direct view of the sea. A blissful bed, really slept wonderfully!! Every day it was cleaned and coffee, water, ... were replenished. The food at the buffet (general restaurant) was very varied, but as described in reviews, not really warm. Perfectly seasoned and top prepared.. Ate some delicious and super fresh sushi on a few evenings (this is already a plus point) Choice for vegetarians, meat lovers, etc... In all restaurants the service was top and particularly friendly. The other dining options are also very good with topper Parea in the Resident area (absolutely go eat here and enjoy a perfect cocktail!!) The different bars were also really great, with some standouts; Extra thanks to Pamela at the adult pool (she was a real ray of sunshine at the pool), what a star, also Noël and his female colleague at the Lounge bar (photo). Actually, I can only say all the bar men and women were great, they always knew how to make a perfect drink. The swimming pools were top-maintained and clean, very nice beach completely around the hotel with beautiful clean sun loungers. The animators were very friendly and super funny, Thanks Nele, Layle, .... The people at the desk were not all equally friendly, likewise the managers who checked everywhere daily (in suits) only said hello if you addressed them, we found that disturbing, and that while everyone else was so friendly.. Generally had a nice and beautiful vacation. We would give a general score of 4+ stars here (dated room, food temperature, flight route over the hotel,... ) But the price-quality ratio is certainly correct."

"We came as a family - 3 of us with our teenage daughter for my wife’s birthday. We arrived late on the Sunday night for 7 nights although from the plane touching the ground and arriving in the reception of the hotel was 50 minutes. When we arrived they said we could go to the bar but as the restaurant was closed they did us three picnic lunch bags with sandwich’s, crisps and fruit. We were buggy to our room and our room was a suite sea view- we overlooked the sea and were buggy the big pool but to the front of our room we had a short walk to the adults only pool. The staff were all amazing from the maid who cleaned our room everyday and even spent the time folding our daughters clothes up and placing them in the bed and always giving us plenty of water every day. Room was always imma late with cleaned towels. The breakfast and main meals were always fantastic , lots of choice , the snack bar was my favourite after the lazy day by the pool pick up hamburgers hot dogs and chips along with some cakes and they also had wraps and sandwich’s if you wished and we’re always fresh. The ice cream van was an added bonus and as it was the first time we ever did all inclusive I would very much recommend this. We stayed mainly at the adult pool as it was chilled and quiet although the larger pool was also calm but had some activities going on and some soft music but never rowdy. It was always easy to get a sunbed after your breakfast whether it by the adult pool , main pool or some beds are on the grass in places. There’s plenty of sunbeds on the beach and always some available , we went for a few walks up and down the beach and it was lovely and could go barefoot although it was hot. We told the staff by email it was my wife’s birthday and asked for a quite room which they did and they also provided us with bath robes , slippers and put a cake along with some fruit in the fridge the day before my wife’s birthday and on her birthday along with a bottle of fizz and a lovely card from the customer relations team which was a lovely touch. We stayed in the resort area although we did go up to the residence area and that was lovely too, we did enjoy the adults pool as it was very chilled. We did go to Kardamena on the bus and did the TUI trip to kos at night which was fantastic. Would definitely go back in an instance. One last thing the staff from the front desk to the waiters and waitresses and the maids were fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble, they are a credit to the resort."
