"I came here solo on an all-inclusive holiday. I arrived around midnight and paid €50 for the tax which was expected for five nights. I was given a room on the second floor. The outside pool area and the reception and the restaurant were all lovely and clean. The restaurant was also as expected. The all-inclusive cocktails and drinks were great and you had access to the drinks dispensers which contain a sparkling water, Coca-Cola, orange juice, apple juice, etc. There was also an ice cream bar which you could help yourself to at any time during the day. There was also an ice cream bar at the beach across the road. As you went upstairs into the upper floors of the hotel they were quite dirty and dated as if they hadn’t been updated since those opened. My bedroom door was damaged. I raised this and was told to ask for another room the following day as there were no rooms available. I was given a key to the hotel door. The bathroom was to a decent standard, except for the fact the shower door leaked. The furniture was extremely old and creaky and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The room smelt like dirt and dust. There was a really old wardrobe. The safe didn’t work so I didn’t use it. There was a television however it kept making decisions on its own so I think this was due to the thin walls of the hotel and it was picking up remote control options from other rooms which was very annoying. You can clearly hear everything that happens in the hotel corridor and other rooms whether they are down the corridor or above or below you. Doors slamming kept waking me up so I didn’t get one decent nights sleep. I barely got any sleep in this hotel. My bed was extremely creaky due to it being so old and at one point the second twin bed, my bed was adjoined to randomly broke while I was sat on it? Bear in mind I am not an oversized nor overweight female. Really really old furniture like from the 70’s or something. The front desk guy said there was a sandwich in the fridge complimentary but it was old and mouldy and gross looking. Dead fly in the fridge. Only thing modern in the room was the TV!!! I didn’t manage to get a sunbed near the pool because the guests woke up at around 6 am to leave all of their belongings on the sunbed whilst they did what they wanted before sitting around like sea lions at the pool. The food was very average. After a day or two I got bored and decided to dine elsewhere or get the bus into town. The lunch and the dinner are practically the same. The breakfast is probably the most tolerable. Beautiful view from the front of the hotel lobby. The beach across the road is private and was beautiful the sea was warm and the beach itself was perfect. Staff at front desk are very helpful. Would recommend taking the Bus into the Old Town for proper sightseeing it is beautiful! Overall an average stay, the hotel was not comfortable to sleep in, food average and boring and it was very loud but good for all inclusive drinks and being on the beach I suppose If you don’t want to explore further. My AC was dirty and also leaking water. There is a supermarket next door with everything you need! Bus stop is 5 min walk away."

"Our first time visiting Corfu and this hotel was quite the surprise!! Upon our arrival staff was friendly and our room was cosy although quite dated and bed made so much noise so this kept us awake most of the time but the balcony and the amazing view was well worth it. Also shower had shampoo conditioner and body lotion , that’s was quite nice an all were lovely and smell beautiful. The location was great and easy to get to town and other parts of island. Even do hotel looked like it needs a lot of upgrades the staff all looked very professional and super friendly and hotel was clean all the time . We was all inclusive and loved the food everyday was superb and tasty so a well done to the chef and Elena who was always on the lookout for her staff helping them and talking to all making sure costumers and staff were all happy she was for sure one of a kind . All the staff were simply amazing. A big shout out to Rey, Darling,Ronald, Synber and specially Elizabeth her beautiful smile and kindness were noted for sure . Every nite the gorgeous kind amazing humble and simply natural entertaining LORNA she is the most natural entertaining person I have seen ,her energy level was so positive professional and simply now’s how to engage with all people , she also teaches yoga I attended one lesson she was super. Would love to comeback to see her for sure she is a great asset to any team ❤️ Every night there was entertainment and was always very enjoyable. We loved our stay and would love to return one day hopefully by then new beds do lol 😂"

"Its all amazing !! The staff were friendly , the room were clean and well maintained, We had various options when it comes to food. Special mention to lorna for a very interactive entertainment and Apostolia was also very friendly and always smile. Generally a good holiday"
