"Great Location and Friendly Service We really enjoyed our stay, especially the convenient location with a grocery store right next door. The reception staff were very friendly, and Kailani deserves special mention for being so pleasant and helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was a good size, although the air conditioning was not as effective as we had hoped. The staff kindly offered to move us to another room, but we had already unpacked and decided to stay. With the window open, the temperature was manageable. The patio area was a real highlight. It was a comfortable place to sit and relax, and one evening we enjoyed some snacks and drinks on the sofa. The buffet breakfast was also good, with a wide selection of food, and the unlimited coffee was an especially nice touch. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the friendly service, convenient location, relaxing patio, and generous breakfast."

"An experience that clearly makes you want to never come back! I arrived around 8:45 PM, apologizing and simply asking for help because the gate to the parking lot I rent through Zenpark was not working. The night receptionist could have simply explained the situation to me calmly. Instead, he raised his voice and spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful manner; he verbally assaulted me. I want to clarify that I came calmly and was simply asking for a little help to access the parking lot. Having a technical problem can happen. Being spoken to in that manner when you politely ask for help, much less so. Given the severity of the remarks made and the way I was treated, I intend to file a police report to leave an official record of this incident. I find this behavior unacceptable for someone working at a hotel front desk. Respect and professionalism should be the foundation. If this is the welcome this hotel offers its guests, I would much rather go elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!!"

"Very central hotel; you do not need to take public transportation to visit the city. Very clean room, comfortable beds, with a separate shower and toilet, air conditioning, a small kitchen with everything necessary if you want to prepare something, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, TV, iron, hangers, quality hand soap, shampoo, and large containers of gel. Cozy lounge in the lobby with a TV where you can have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh water, etc. whenever you like. You have the option to have breakfast if you want at the hotel. Very cozy inner courtyard with large tables and benches where you can picnic, smoke, or chat with your friends. Restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket (a wide variety of prepared dishes, sandwiches, and salads). Everything on the same street as the hotel. Victor Hugo Market just across the street with the possibility of dining in a restaurant on the first floor. If you take excursions from Toulouse with Civitatis, the bus can be caught very close, about 100 meters away. You can leave your luggage at the reception without any problem. The hotel staff is very friendly. If I return to Toulouse, I would stay here again because of the cleanliness of the hotel and its proximity to all services."
