Classics Paris Bastille

"Very friendly staff. The rooms could use a refresh. So a bit expensive."

"Referring only to Google reviews and information on the hotel's website, I chose it for its proximity to my training location. I was very satisfied with it. The neighborhood is lively, commercial, and pleasant. Access is easy for coming to this hotel as well as for navigating its floors. The receptionists, both day and night, are welcoming and attentive. The luggage storage service is accessible over a wide daily time range. A self-service water fountain available continuously is appreciated. The room corresponds completely to what the website shows; it is clean, pleasant, and the bed is very comfortable. My only drawback: the room facing the street is noisy despite the double glazing (passersby are far from all being discreet and police cars pass by quite late, not to mention the delivery trucks that restock the Carrefour City right next door at 5:30 AM). The air conditioning in the room works but was too noisy for me to tolerate. The breakfast is complete with a variety of choices: ham, hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, yogurts, sliced cheeses, two fruit juices, water, milk, hot drinks, white and seeded breads, sliced bread, pastries, cereals, and fruit, though I don't remember in what form. I would have appreciated better overall quality of the products, but for the price—which I found affordable—it is honest and decent. Finally, the housekeeping service is very professional, and my interactions with every member of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel."

"A quiet and accessible place."
