"It was our second time at the hotel. Everything here is just perfect! The food is phenomenal, the staff are always there but unobtrusive, the kids' club is great and was a highlight for our children. The hotel also offers free swimming lessons for kids – with the help of Ahmed Hamada, our 5-year-old son learned to swim really well within 5 days. The house reef is also beautiful and the corals are still colorful, so diving is definitely recommended!"

"It is our third time in Steigenberger Ras Soma and we always experience very high and professional quality of services, starting by the very warm welcome at the reception, going through room service, restaurants, food and beverage areas, beach, activities and animation.. No wish remains unfulfilled. the hotel resort is beautiful, extremey clean, with lots of rich green areas. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Professionalism and client oriented are at a very high level from all staff without any exception. We would like to extend our deep appreciation and warm thanks to the Executive director of food and Beverage as well as the Executive Chief of the Kitchen, Mr. George and Mr. Hani for the outstanding level and variety of food and great services in the restaurants. At the same time, special thanks for the excellent, dynamic and attentive services of Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Ali and Mr. Ismail in the Kahramana buffet restaurants , to Mr. Islam who was responsible for our room as well as Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Samuel at the beach. Our deepest thanks go also to all other staff of the hotel even if the names were not mentioned since they all contributed to make our vacation unforgettable. Certainly , we will come back to Steigenberger Ras Soma very soon and we will recommend the hotel to all our friends."
