"Love the hotel staff and surroundings and of course to wonderful beach x
On arrival: was around 2 am in the morning when we arrived at Bel air azur , checked in, didn't get any info as to where things were ( but we found out ourself when exploring the next day). My husband got taken to one side by the receptionist, as a surprise they ask you if you'd like to order a surprise for you wife ( later in the day it arrived to the room ) ( I won't ruin the surprise incase you do the same )
Got shown to our room where we tipped the porter .
The room : the room was a good size and a large patio area over looking the pool ..wasn't very pleased with the shower unit though I'd say needs replacing but other than that all was good . Room got cleaned everyday with fresh towels ..on one occasion I'd ran out of coffee and milk , I popped to reception to ask for more and later that day a box of coffee and milk had arrived so Thank-you very much for that , we even had a swan and love heart made out of towels on the bed with rose petals that was lovely.
The pool : really long pool it was amazing, plenty of sunbeds and bar area have plenty of seats tables and two large fans that's a god send on the hottest days , animation team are fab always try to get you involved in water sports and any other activities if you like ( I joined in with a belly dance class with others and z from the animation team ( sorry on the spelling i only knew him as Z )
Bar staff were ace , polite and friendly, we took our own cups and they will fill them up for you , coffee machine, water and ice cream all available you can get these yourself , they had a pizza oven and pancakes served from the bar area and they were lovely.
If your into shisha that's available as well .
You get towel cards so you can use and change them daily aswell .
The hotel : lobby bar with plenty of seating all around the reception area , the smallest gift shop ever , i called it , same guy was working there every day and was lovely , if you go upstairs there is a room with pool tables to use,
There are desks near the restaurant where the sales team are if you want to book excursions etc ..we did the horse riding that's was amazing..and also the Orange bay day trip with snorkeling stops and a lunch included these were booked with Ali at the desk . Also a photographer has his station there too who always walks rounds asking to do a photo shoot ( we didn't, we had some done at orange bay that was £185 for a full package ).
The breakfast and dinner hall are also in the front part of the hotel , depending on what you like there is plenty of food, different sorts for everyone really yummy , my favourite was the croissant pancakes made fresh with chocolate sauce and honey .Just so much to choose from , the waiters work hard you see them in the morning and the evening and very friendly always helpful and ask if your ok they do work hard.
The beach : lovely walk down to the beach , stunning views one of our favourite things to do , find sunbeds and relax go for a swim and wow the snorkeling was truly amazing, we actually bought our own snorkels due to the boat trip wanted our own and was worth it to snorkel at this beach especially right near the marina bar , life guards are always there checking on everyone, just amazing at the beach and lovely sea breeze ..the bars were great , staff come round and take your drink order then bring them to you at your sun beds then after a few times they stopped so you can go get your own ..also coffee water and pop station help yourself, so much to see and do and just relax if you want its fabulous..everyone works really hard especially in that heat , there is also an adults only area which is great , when you travel as two adults without children so all in all its fabulous.
Just want to say me and my husband enjoyed our holiday to Bel air azur resort, meeting different people, staff members that were friendly and helpful from just chilling to joining in on activities and going out on our day trips what a fantastic holiday so thank you very much 😊"
