"Very good hotel with direct access to a beach club across the street. The hotel has four outdoor pools, but they are usually crowded with children, so you may prefer spending your time by the sea instead. The sea-view rooms are amazing, although the daily housekeeping could be improved. Perhaps this was because the hotel was fully booked, but the room cleaning was not always up to standard. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of eggs and sausages. There was everything needed for a full English breakfast, as well as plenty of options for vegans. I was also able to find everything I needed in the shops inside the hotel and at the nearby supermarket. The bus terminal is very close, making it easy to get around, and there are some excellent Indian and sushi restaurants in the area. If you are travelling with children, the old car museum is well worth a visit—it is fascinating, and the museum shop is one of the best I have seen. The Malta National Aquarium is also within walking distance. Overall, I would say this is a very good hotel with an excellent location and facilities. With a little improvement in housekeeping, it would be even better."

"Upon arriving at the hotel at 10:30 pm, we were unfortunately disappointed with both the initial welcome and the room that had been allocated to us. After a long journey, this was not the start we had hoped for. However, the following morning completely changed our impression of the hotel. While enjoying a coffee, we met Moataz and Zak, who immediately took ownership of our concerns and arranged a room change without hesitation, ensuring that we were completely satisfied. What impressed us most was their genuine care and professionalism. A special mention must go to Moataz, who, despite his busy schedule, personally took the time to escort us around the hotel, explaining all the facilities available and providing a detailed overview of the all-inclusive package. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment to guest satisfaction were exceptional and made us feel truly valued. From that moment onwards, our stay was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff, and any request we made was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a smile. The commitment to guest satisfaction throughout the hotel was evident, and it truly made our holiday enjoyable and stress-free. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay here. If anything is not quite to your satisfaction, simply speak to the staff, who will do everything possible to resolve the issue immediately. Their dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience is outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to Moataz, Zak, and the management team for going above and beyond to turn our stay into such a positive experience. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and customer-focused approach deserve recognition. I would also like to mention the team at Sabi restaurant, who were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. They were incredibly accommodating with any alterations or special requests regarding our meals and consistently delivered exceptional service every time we visited. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made each dining experience a pleasure. In addition, the team at Ombré restaurant during breakfast service were attentive, welcoming, and extremely helpful every morning. They worked hard to ensure guests were well looked after and that everything ran smoothly. Their excellent service and positive attitude added greatly to our overall experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make our holiday such an enjoyable and memorable experience. The staff across the hotel are a real credit to the establishment, and we look forward to returning in the future."

"Beautiful hotel. Clean and well maintained, the restaurant was lovely but very noisy and chaotic couldn’t fault the food. Only disappointment was we had no external drier for wet swimwear etc. We asked 3 times at reception never arrived also the procedure for late check out was challenging ! I would like to thank Dylan for sorting this out and also he noticed we were having trouble with our Private transfer once again he stepped in and helped."
