"Amazing stay at the Redcliffe Hotel. We managed to get one of their new rooms overlooking Inverness Castle. Room was spotless and had plenty of space. Staff were friendly and very hard working. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you."

"We were placed in a townhouse room that is across the street from the main hotel, which was unexpected, but not unwelcome! The room was tiny, but quiet, and offered a great view of Inverness Castle! Location-wise, it's an easy walk to the city center."

"Booked what was presented as a hotel stay at The Radcliffe Hotel only to discover we were actually placed in what felt more like an external B&B-style townhouse arrangement rather than the main hotel experience we expected. Unfortunately, the biggest issue wasn’t the accommodation itself, it was the way we were treated. On arrival, after being escorted to our room by one staff member and following agreed parking instructions, I was later challenged outside by another member of staff named Mo, who questioned whether I was even a guest. Despite confirming my room number, the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational and accusatory in tone. What should have been a simple conversation about parking escalated into being made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed in front of my partner and other guests. After travelling and just arriving at the property, it was an awful first impression. I subsequently emailed management directly to raise the issue professionally and give them the opportunity to address it privately. That email has been completely ignored. For a hotel positioning itself as a premium Inverness destination, the customer service and handling of complaints fell well below expectations. We left feeling less like welcomed guests and more like an inconvenience. I’m from Inverness and prefer to use local businesses when I return home to visit family. I will never set foot on the premises again and I encourage others to avoid. This premises, its staff and management don’t provide hospitality. One of not the worst experience I’ve encountered. Utterly shameful."
