The Redcliffe

"This is a charming hotel. Absolutely spotless. The staff could not do enough to help all of us during our visit. We had a family group of four with three rooms. The food was excellent. Breakfast was quite varied, everything from cold cereal and continental breakfast items, pastries, juice, and hot breakfast as well. The location was excellent. Very near the Inverness Castle and quite walk-able to the town centre. I am disabled and there were no disabled rooms with step free access. I can manage some steps so it wasn't an issue for me, but it might be an issue for other guests. The manager did mention that the townhouse opposite has only one or two steps but I don't know for sure. The townhouse was not an option when I booked, I believe it is fairly new. My daughter mentioned that there were no safes, which wasn't an issue for my visit. Also she mentioned no "Do Not Disturb" signs for the rooms. Again, this wasn't an issue for me, but maybe management might want to consider getting these improvements. One of the nicest features about the room besides the comfortable bed was the built in wardrobe and generous chest of drawers. Many hotels barely have wardrobes or chest of drawers and I like getting my things out of sight. I have stayed in fancier hotels with less service, this hotel was wonderful."

"Amazing stay at the Redcliffe Hotel. We managed to get one of their new rooms overlooking Inverness Castle. Room was spotless and had plenty of space. Staff were friendly and very hard working. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you."

"We were placed in a townhouse room that is across the street from the main hotel, which was unexpected, but not unwelcome! The room was tiny, but quiet, and offered a great view of Inverness Castle! Location-wise, it's an easy walk to the city center."
