"Stayed for one night to visit family. Check in service was non existent (rang the bell for assistance) and after 5 minutes, gave up and checked in through the machine in the reception area.
The corridors looked like they hadn't been cleaned for at least a week, though the room itself was a bit better but showing its age. Bed was comfortable although in room facilities such as biscuits with coffee or a safe were missing. No air conditioning other than an electric fan in the room. We had booked two adults but only one bath towel was supplied.
While waiting for ataxi, one lady was complaining to reception lady that their room was dirty ( and said it was the same last yerar when they visited) and one gentleman complained there was no handle at all on the window. Both were given new rooms.
The check out process was not clear and we were met with indifference when querying this. Given that the room only was £166, it's way more expensive than other premier inns and certainly not worth the money. At the prices charged, surely they could afford good cleaning and recption staff. Would not return"
