Premier Inn Inverness Centre (River Ness) Hotel

"The hotel is in a perfect location to walk around Inverness and to get public transport. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only issue was our sink did not drain well. Otherwise would recommend"

"Great location overlooking the river Ness. Very friendly staff and clean room, with great amenities. Breakfast was tasty and dinner was good value for money with lots of choice. The hotel was quiet and our Premier Plus room was extremely comfortable."

"Very bad bathroom which was meant for specially abled guests. We faced the same problem in Premier inn at Aviemore and had expressed our unhappiness to our booking party hotels.com inspite if that they gave us similar room in Inverness. There was also a dead bird lying outside our hotel window which was a terrible site and also very unhealthy. The hotel staff clearly informed us that if we booked with them directly the service would have been better. Wonder how they can make such comments.
