"Friendly personal service from the owner, The hotel is immaculate and very quiet. It is in a central position a few minutes from the bus and train stations, and restaurants and pubs. If in Inverness again I would certainly stay there once more."

"If you're looking for the best place to stay in Inverness, stay with Iain. You won't be disappointed! It's a quiet and very clean place and the hospitality is unmatched. Iain was an absolute gem and was extremely communicative, accommodating, and genuinely very lovely! The breakfast is great! Lots of cold buffet and hot (to order) breakfast options which makes for a great start to your day. If you need to run out early to catch a tour, let Iain know in advance and he may be able to help you out with something so you can grab and go. It's the perfect location if you're arriving by train -- less than a 4 min walk. While it's situated on a main street, it's quite a quiet room, even on a bustling Friday night. It's also a very short walk to many of the tour pickup locations if that's something you're considering."
