"Location - couldn’t be better. Room - clean, comfortable, modern Bathroom - perfect Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back. Two very slight criticisms - arrived early and told by a member of staff your code won’t work until 3pm. Fair enough I feel. We know the rules - maybe be a bit friendlier. Came back at 3.00pm and a lady came out of the office and looked at her watch. “You’re very welcome” would have been preferable. Wouldn’t put me off going back - great little spot."

"Just had the worst night sleep in any hotel I have ever stayed in, fire alarm activations, someone banging on door not once but 3 times at 5:30 in morning demanding to know if female was in room, heard every small noise through the night as it’s very bare and everything echos, now very sleep deprived, would not recommend here"

"Stayed on the11th oct for 1 night a d parked in a car park only a few yards away.we were given the car park recommedation with our booking .our room was lovely ,modern,and absolutely spotless with coat/ shoe/case rack ,tv bedside tables with built phone charger sockets kettle with tea and coffee .bathroom was again modern and spotless...This building is an unmanned check in and we were granted an early free check in. you are sent a code to let yourself in so handy quick and easy .there is also a lift which i was grateful for as i use a wheeled walking aid..its so handy to shopping centres, the millenium forum and bars and restaurants everything you need for a night away .i will definately stay here again and highly recommend it ..also communtication with their booking system was excellent"
