"The hotel is what it says budget ! But I feel it’s over priced . I think that kettles tea and coffee should be provided and not just available to rent . The room was ok , we were only there two nights to see a concert at the co op live, so the location was good for that. The staff were all polite . I just feel that travel lodges provide nicer rooms for less money with better facilities."

"I like to vary the hotels I stay in but I tend to choose the same chain of hotels if I have a good experience in one country then need to find a hotel in a different country. How surprising then that I stayed in IBIS Budget Toulouse (very VERY good) then booked into IBIS Budget Manchester (very VERY different). In the bedroom, no coat hooks, no shelf or full-length mirror (or ANY mirror). In the bathroom, no hand towel, no shelf, no hooks for towels for toilet bags… WHY so different whilst under the same banner of “IBIS Budget”"

"PARKING NIGHTMARE!! In fairness our weekend stay in the hotel was fine, a great location for our needs & did what it says on the tin, so no problem - BUT: This is rated on the weekend experience. We parked in the SIP Pollard Street car park recomended on the Ibis website. Paid for overnight parking, left the following morning to another car park ,paid & got ticket with times & car registration, came back to Ibis paid overnight again. Received a parking ticket from SIP for insufficient payment stating we had not left the car park in the duration of the weekend. Even on production of the ticket showing the vehicle was somewhere else, SIP stated "insufficient evidence" Now , I am off to court fighting a CCJ !! Come on Ibis - you are supporting SIP Pollard Street car park , aswell as depending on them. They are legal thieves. Would I stay at your hotel again ??"
