"We had a fantastic stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Faiza at the front desk! From the second we arrived, she went above and beyond for us. Not only did she arrange an early check-in so we could settle in after our long journey up North, but she also took the time to map out the local spots to visit during our trip. The location is absolutely spot-on, making it super easy to get around, and the rooms are beautifully decorated."

"We had a four night stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is great for city centre shopping and eating out. My sister had a room on floor 11 with great views our room was on the 1st floor in the older part of the hotel .We didn't have such a great view and our room was considerably smaller but it was still a very nice room. The food at breakfast was good but the coffee was terrible apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I have stayed at multiple IHG hotels, including this one two weeks ago, so I expected a much better experience. After our first night's stay, we specifically asked the receptionist before heading out for the day to ensure that our bed sheets and towels were changed. We were assured that this would be done, but when we returned, neither the sheets nor the towels had been changed. In addition, the TV did not work throughout our stay, and the toilet did not flush properly. When raising these issues with the receptionist he was extremely rude and quite aggressive in his tone. As he was when we checked out. Very unprofessional and not what is acceptable Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially considering the standards I have come to expect from IHG hotels."
