"Bad place not fit for never come here"
Not going back again
"Booked as a last minute and by the photos I saw, I thought it would be a good place but then when I arrived, the room didn’t match the photos. No bedding on the duvet or pillows, holes in the wall and walls missing some wallpaper. Heard some arguing going on in the morning so I just decided to check out early and leave. The staff didn’t ask how I was, I was just messaging someone on WhatsApp and when I called them asking where the entrance was (It wasn’t made clear), they gave me attitude and ended the phone. My experience checking in and out was suspicious. I had to stand outside and ring the doorbell multiple times to wait for someone to come out and take me round the side up to the rooms and checking out was ok I guess, all I had to do was leave my key in the key safe. There was no type of scenery from my room as I was looking out to the smoking area and I had a little bit of an unsettling feeling about the room when I walked in. There was a shop up the road from the hotel but I didn’t use it but if you want a little snack, you can go there. I do also like to point out about the fact that they do have free tea and coffee but you do have to use the bathroom tap water to fill it up. I paid £33 for my room and I do have to give credit where it’s due to the fact that they did have a room free but they should’ve at least put some bedding on the duvet and pillows. The cleanliness of the room was ok, not going to mention the walls again but other than that, room was sub par. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel since I was out but when I got back, it was quiet since they have a policy on noise after 11 but when I woke up this morning, there was a little bit of arguing. I had a unsettling atmosphere when I got back to the hotel since I was scared about the staff coming in since they knew all the codes and I wasn’t sure if they had spare keys so I was a bit unsettled."
Worst Experience
"Terrible experience, this place doesn't feel safe at all. I booked it as a last resort, but there was no mention of check-in times. We arrived around 10 to 10:30 PM, and the whole situation was unsettling. The rooms were dirty, and there were men smoking and hanging around at the back of the hotel, which felt really unsafe. The property looked more like a rundown house than a proper hotel. We left immediately. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star."
