"I am staying here with my family as emergency accommodation. It’s a post to really reassure people who are being placed here with children to not worry. While yes you are mixed with different kinds of people, the staff are very secure. They look after you and sort any immediate issues out. They always ask if me and my family are ok and if we need anything. Any issues (which haven’t beeen a lot what so ever) are dealt with immediately the staff really couldn’t be more helpful. Personally, while it of course did take some adjusting to settle here, it really is one of the better emergency accommodations around Trafford. The only thing that lowers my score is the other type of people but that really isn’t the staff or hotels fault. Couldn’t fault staff. The managers mother is also a lovely lady who always pays attention to my children which makes them feel comfortable. Lovely people who have made my time here as nice as can be. Thank you."

"Firstly, what a dump. Secondly we got here to find that the two double rooms that I booked weren't available, we booked through Expedia (never again) and the hotel blamed them and Expedia blamed the hotel. We were offered a family for to grown men to share, when we turned that down, a single room was offered for an 18 stone 6'3 man. As we're going to a wedding tomorrow we accepted. Expedia called the hotel to ask for a refund but the manager refused. So in the end we're stuck. The man on reception said the manager had stepped outside and would call back, no call back was received. Terrible service, they just don't care, how this place has 4* rating I'll never know, the wall paper on the ceiling is stained and peeling off. Horrid place. AVOID!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Awful experience with this hotel. Not one good thing to be said about the experience. Upon arriving at the hotel and attempting to check in, I pressed the button to be let in. Pressed the button multiple times before somebody let me in. Once I got into the hotel, I was accused of not paying for the property. I was able to provide proof of my payment and did not receive an acknowledgement or an apology from the member of staff working at the hotel. I was then advised that to gain entry into the hotel I would have to rely on pressing a button to get in every time. I advised the reception that I was going to Old Trafford to watch a football game. The hotel advised me someone would be there till 11pm but no later. I then advised the hotel I'm not sure if I would be arriving back before 11pm and would be relying upon someone letting me into the hotel after this time. No further solution or resolution was offered by the hotel. Based on the poor attitude of the hotel and lack of help from the staff at the hotel. I decided to take my hotel stay somewhere. Basic services such as being able to get in and out of the hotel without having to rely upon having to press a button to be allowed entry is simply unacceptable. I have tried to seek a refund from the hotel based on the fact they could not satisfy a basic requirements through a third party website and this hotel has since denied this request. I have also contacted this hotel and they have ignored my request. I have never come across such an awful experience before dealing with a hotel. I was left with trying to book a hotel on a football night in Manchester where most places were sold out or over priced."
