Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre Moorfields

"I book with premier inn for business mostly monthly and stay with them a lot. This hotel had most unfriendly staff from all Premier inn hotels I have ever stayed. Tall male person at dinner - very unfriendly and patronising and not helpful at all. On arrival 2 beds were not made or done , reported it at 3pm, returned at 8.30 and it was still not done, no apology, just silly excuses about being busy. Really poor training on customer care in this hotel. Still have not received any feedback from the hotel, will be vary in the future. The only good thing about it was location, close to the station and main sightseeing."

"Premier Inns are always our hotel of choice when visiting new places, you always know what you are going to get. This one could do with a little modernising, USB sockets, plugs at the bedside would be useful. Also, our vanity mirror (room 425) didn't work (didn't have chance to mention it to reception) but nothing too off putting. Great location for Matthew street and the city centre. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Top tip - do book your parking in advance, we forgot and had to sort on arrival."

"Great location right in the middle of the town centre only a 5 min walk & a 30-40 min walk to Anfield or a Uber cost me £10. Definitely will be booking this hotel again in the future."
