"Booked a room and a while later they cancelled it due to double booking, said refund would be issued, more than a month later nothing! Contacted them lots and lots of times, no reply! Avoid! Avoid! They cancelled my room and kept my money shocking!"

"Stayed as we were going to the comedy club just a few minutes walk away. The room was clean and everything we expected for an amazing price. However no sleep at all, room 112 next to fire door, banging all night, shouting all night. We left at 6.45am to a women asleep on the sofa in the common area! Next time we will stay else where and get an Uber. Also the £100 deposit is a lot for the room. The hotel has a very good photographer, as the beds are against the wall both sides of the bed."

"Clean basic for a couple nights away. No issue and walking distance from the city centre. Friendly staff on reception. Have no issues and would stay again. Great touch I thought was Netflix and the pool table in the common area with kitchen thx"
