Liverpool City Centre (Lime Street) hotel

"Stayed for 3 nights , requested room clean every day, left towels in bath as instructed. Never saw a cleaner!! Had to get wet towels out of bath to re-use. Ladies hair clip on floor, presumably from previous guest, so obviously not vacuumed before our arrival. Stairwell had white powdered material on the carpet the whole time of stay, so again not vacuumed!! I have used premier inn many times and have always been thrilled . Sadly not with this one. I did report my complaint to management, but other than an apology nothing was done. I would not recommend staying here."

"Arrived to a check in desk with no-one about, hidden behind a door and had to wait for them to come out to attend to us. The scanning machines are rubbish but he insisted that we have to use them, these machines do not work, searching for my booking reference for the log in as the QR code didn't work on any machine and it was not just me it was for all that was in the que, this needs looking into as check-in should be quick and easy this was not. Room was great when we eventually got in there, bed very comfortable and great pillows. Loved the bathroom very modern and lovely and clean. 2 nights of great sleep had by both of us. Tea and coffee refillable sachets were available facing the check in desk so that was easy to replenish. Overall a great stay but the check in process definitely needs to be looked into and staff also need to be on shift not hiding behind a door."

"Took the train up to Liverpool to see the Beatles sites since I had never been and had a day to do something. The hotel was fine (clean, fast check in plus breakfast included) - Good value for the money."
