Central Station Hotel

"We stayed here for one night and we were extremely happy with our stay, the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, is in a fantastic location and were so friendly and helpful., they stored our cases for us before & after checkout so we didn't have to drag them around with us. The room had a/c which was a very much welcomed added bonus! We were in room 302 which was located towards the back of the hotel so didn't experience any issues with noise ( apart from the seagulls but that can't be helped! ) The hotel does have a lot of stairs so if you are less mobile it would be an issue, however we received a message upon booking to advise us of this and also that it is situated above a bar so could be noisy so they do pre-warn you. I will 100% be returning to Liverpool and will be booking to stay here again."

"Well, what a little gem of a place, rooms perfect and very clean and warm, staff were extremely friendly and Collette especially couldn't do enough for us. Janette and William and 2 other staff were very helpful with advise etc if we needed it. Price was fantastic as being central we could go and do as we pleased in the areas that we know and love for food & drinks, good double glazing to the room we were in above the main street and slept soundly for 2 nights even though we were above the lively Irish bars ( which were ace). Thank you to all of the team for your perfect telephone correspondence (Janette) to such friendly staff interaction (Collette you are a certain credit to the company you work for sweetie 😘) We both would highly recommend this place to stay, they also accommodate for stag and Hen do's, we've definitely not been disappointed and will return on our next visit for sure 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💞💞💞"
