"Small room with no hangers to hang clothes. shelve under a mirror was too small Had to fill a cup to get water for our kettle. Bathroom was that small my left arm was resting on sink when I went for a toilet. bathroom was dirty glass cleaner left in shower cubicle water was spilling over the sink when you put tap on. Key cards worked then didn't work Just all round horrible hotel wouldn't stay again."

"Arrived yesterday at brownies hotel only to find out room 41 had Disgusting bed, the mattress, the topper and duvet covered in yellow filthy stains also blood stain, floor filthy, mirror cracked,chair stained. We asked for money back through booking .com and hotel refused to refund ,we got 8.95 gesture payment absolutely shocking don't go near this hotel is disgusting how they can let people sleep in filthy bed and have no conscience. We had to go looking for different hotel which was much better. AVOID THIS HOTEL"
