Arthouse Hotel

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room. The reception staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately for us, our room was adjoining / next to a pub with a rooftop bar and extremely noisy until 4am each morning of our 3 night stay. In addition the hotel didn't have hot water and the plumbing in general was poor as toilets didn't flush properly. The property is also very tired and ready for a makeover. Its in a great location, probably suit party goers who stay up all night more than us."

"Stayed here recently for a stag do. Decent rooms with 6 beds in a each room so you can all mix and chat. Its in a busy area with lots of nightclubs and bars. Some of us are getting on a bit but a guy on reception showed us where a few music bars were locally. Would have totally missed them otherwise Really made our stay. My dad said he hadnt had such a good night out in 30 years. Has done him the world of good. All the staff were great but the lads on nights were exceptional. I witnessed a really drunk woman who wrongly claimed she was staying in the hotel giving them abuse and they handled that brilliantly by letting her sit in reception and calling her friends to collect her. Sorted us out with everything we asked for and even gave us local travel tips saving us a seriously big sum of money. Very happy . Going to return with my wife and see some more of liverpool. Told the area is quiet throughout the week but just lively enough to enjoy. The night guys were a massive help, huge thanks to them. They told us about some of the spots where locals go and where we could indulge in the culture of the city."

"We've just got back from a fantastic weekend stay here, the hotel was incredible, the staff were so friendly and made our stay as comfortable and special as possible. The rooms we had were amazing! And right in the city centre. Thank you so much for helping us make our best friends hen weekend nothing short of incredible and a weekend to remember!"
