"We stay in Premier Inns several times a year across the country, and sadly this is one of the worst. We stayed because it was close to the airport, but it was expensive and the first room on the trip out, the cold tap water was warm. The hotel is run down badly, automatic doors not working, and on the return trip the bedding felt damp. In addition, this hotel is not in the safest area of Bristol with boy racers late at night nearby. Nearby facilities such as restaurants were mainly closed down and the area looks shabby. Only positive, staff were very friendly,"
