"For the money I really cannot fault this hotel. Stayed here 4 times now for different trips, and every time the room is clean, staff are polite and breakfast is great. Self check-in is easy, loads of parking and a great location if you need The Mall or cinema/restaurants. The only improvement I’d like to see is more options or a premium option for family rooms."

"Very good modern Premier Inn hotel very close to M5 junction. Quiet location. Room decent - as expected- but with good a/c. Well set up for family of four. The restuarant let the hotel down. We hadn’t realised we should have booked for dinner- that was our fault. However once seated the service was poor. The serving staff were too busy and let down by the fact that the kitchen was not keeping up. Many options on the menu were not available - I got my third choice in the end. We had to chase children’s puddings which had been forgotten … all got a bit late and was overall quite tricky. Breakfast service much better! Overall a good hotel, but let down by dinner experience- please remember to book as that would have helped us have a better evening from the off!"
