Travelodge Brighton Seafront Hotel

"Great Location over looking the sea. Good atmosphere not particularly busy but busy enough. Rooms were fine no less than what we needed as a family of 5. Great value for money with dinner and breakfast included in the price. Plenty to choose from and good quality. Hotel overall was clean and tidy no complaints. No real problems with noise and we were opposite bars, clubs and an arcade slept through the night! Service is why im Giving this hotel 5 stars. I was told over the phone i had to book a second room due to health and safety not allowing a family of five in one room although my youngest is 7 months old. Upon arrival we met Sam who was incredibly receptive, warm and friendly. I gave her my details and instantly she recognised a problem and questioned as to why we had two rooms. After explaining what had happened she very quickly said no this is not right and we should not be splitting you up. Instantly Sam went to her manager and made things right. Not only did she make sure we werent split up she made sure to get the second room refunded to me. Sam is a credit to your company and any business would be lucky to have her! She took away all the stress of us not being together and made out stay! Sam thank you for everything you did, you made out stay and we are forever greatful. Thank you for being a human and fixing a problem we never intended to question. We don't like to complain and thanks to you we would never of had to. Keep being you and hopefully we will see you again as we do intend on a return stay sometime in the future. If there is any way you could be rewarded id highly recommend this happens! Id make you a manager if i had the power to do so haha! THANK YOU!"

"Travelodge getting a bad rep lately in the news but I’ve used them many times for overnight stays with friends. I just stayed again most recently in Brighton seafront. The staff were and are always friendly, rooms ok and clean & location great. Thanks "
