The Beach

"Great location to get to the Brighton centre, on the seafront and only a short walk to town . We discovered this the last day . Hotel is basic but lovely helpful friendly and welcoming staff . They even left a birthday wishes message in my room . Bathroom was a little narrow so if a larger person will be a bit tight. Certainly clean . Breakfast was simple cooked , serve your self , scrambled egg beans mushrooms, sausage, bacon . Toast tea, coffee apple and orange juice. Cereals and yougart. Tined peaches or pineapple and banana. Couldn't fault thr hotel for a simple weekend away . Lovely friendly helpful welcoming staff"

"We had a wonderful few days at the Beach Hotel, our room was clean and very spacious with high ceilings and fantastic sea views. All the staff were extremely polite and very helpful in every way, especially the young lady on reception (2nd June) who kindly allowed us a slightly later check-out which we were very grateful for. Lastly the full English breakfast was very tasty, especially their sausages, they were definitely top quality, thank you to the breakfast staff, very helpful and attentive, will definitely stay here again and recommend."

"Had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights at this hotel, situated right by the i360 so we had a partial sea view from our massive room on the first floor (room 10). Staff very pleasant and accommodating, breakfast was good and both plates and food were hot, which not all establishments are able to achieve. Our bathroom was quite small but functional. Would recommend and definitely return. Thank you."
