"Worst hotel that I ever seen in my life (and for work I see 50/60 hotels each year…). I payed 279 euro for each night and they gave me a room without conditional air, told me later that I had to pay 20 pounds more (25 euro) every day to don’t sweat 🙈 Key didn’t work, I had to recharge two or three times and when I changed my room (after paying 40 pounds for two days for a new room under the basemant) conditional air didn’t work. Of course. Finally breakfast room: really smallwith so much persons. Never more in my life"

"Stayed for my Son's University graduation. Hotel is full of character and the sea view room was lovely and the air-conditioning was appreciated so much! Reception staff were friendly and efficient and stored luggage before we could check in. Bar was great and breakfast was lovely. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely visit again."

"Organised a two-day training course at the Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel in Jul 2026. The Meeting & Sales Executive, Kaytie, was outstanding. The event was organised without issues, and communication leading up to the two days was timely and detailed. The team were flexible too, when we needed to make last minute changes to delegate numbers and dietary needs. And the event space is stunning, with picturesque views thanks to the hotel's coastal location. Highly recommend."
