INNit Rooms Brighton

"Stayed for a couple of nights in June. Great for a solo traveller. I felt really safe. Perfectly serviceable rooms - clean, tidy and modern; all for a great price! Even has a fridge - you don't get that unless you're in a top hotel. Will be visiting again and will definitely be booking here again. Ben was particularly helpful and great to chat to. "1 The basement room I was given was not secure, it had a second unlocked door leading to a small light well, no key provided. This door could be opened from the light well and two other rooms had access to the same light well. This meant that the room was unlocked 24/7 and people from the other rooms could come into the room at any time, including when I was asleep. It was unsafe. 2 Room was tiny and located in basement, it did not resemble any of the photos of the property on booking.com website. 3 There were a couple of bugs on the blanket which I had to kill before I felt comfortable even sitting on the bed (usually I relocate insects outside but these were not that kind). 4 The shelf was hanging off the wall at such a sloping angle that it was not possible to put anything on it without it sliding off. 5 Turning the tap on in the shower room resulted in water shooting out of the tap and landing on the toilet. 6 I would not recommend this property at all, it was not safe."

"We booked this hotel because of close to the hospital. We had a family member who's in the hospital. It's just a walking distance of 15 min. A staff called Fei is very nice. I can still remember when we first came in, she helped us carried our luggage to the room. Really appreciated as normally I expect everything should be self-servcing. She is way to good! Like her really much. Thumb up. Everything is way above standard. Definitely will choose INNit Rooms again when next time visit Brighton."
