"Do not go to this hotel rooms are not as advertised Do not respond direct to complaints about room standards of cleanliness room quality but can fit a double bed in the size of a room for a single apartment from that do not accept upgrades and pay for even more crap"

"Luckily only a 1 night stay, otherwise would have been unbearable! Yes, it's unusually hot this summer but to have no aircon and only a tiny fan that produced a pathetic waft isn't ok. We tried to open the windows overnight for some air but only one opened - the other was painted shut! If you spend money to put CCTV on all floors, you can spend money on aircon! There were chips of wood missing from the skirting board, the pillows were lumpy and the drainage in the shower and sink was awful! Had the most uncomfortable night's sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced , we were given a basement room which was through a dark unclean corridor on entering the room we realised just how unclean it was , the carpet was sticky and stained , the door didn’t lock properly , there was a disgusting stain on the chair in the room , mould on the floor by the bed marks on the bed base , a Brocken mirror in the on sweet bathroom mould all over the shower with a dirty shower curtain a Brocken door handle and Brocken lock and a water leak on the floor . The view from the windows was a dirty matress left outside aswell as other rubbish left unsightly with a Brocken window lock so wouldn’t open the window , then we realised we were underneath a noisy bar with chairs and tables banging loud music quite honestly shocking its advertised as parking at property this isn’t true it cost us £60 to oark 20 min walk away after complaining to the front desk we were offered an upgrade to the first floor for a further £80 to which we refused I’m not paying to leave a mouldy dirty loud room , we unfortunately had to leave and go to another hotel as I couldn’t stomach staying in such dirt"
