"We are so happy with this hotel. We were stuck without a room at 1.30 am and the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful. They answred the phone at 1am and booked us a room . We would have been stuck without them."

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet my expectations. The room felt outdated and could have been much cleaner, with a few maintenance issues that were hard to ignore. Staff were polite, but service was slow and requests took longer than expected to be handled. Some facilities were not functioning properly, which made the stay less comfortable. The overall experience was disappointing and didn’t feel like good value for the price."

"Great location, easy check in, friendly staff. Able to check in early for £10 fee which suited us well. Room was comfortable, very compact but fine for a night. Not 5* because the "en suite" is just not pleasant. We've been married for years, but I still don't want to have to see / hear my partner sitting on the toilet, nor be seen. Frosted glass door / shower partition and the door doesn't actually shut properly, combined with a very small room.......just not particularly nice to be frank. So, otherwise great, but I wouldn't return."
