"We arrived early and the friendly, helpful staff secured our luggage and texted me once the apartment was ready. We had a one bedroom with pull out couch on the second floor (room 209). This has a view of the city.
When we got into the apartment, there was an alarm sounding. The staff came immediately. The issue was the air conditioning. It was cool, so the first night, that did not matter, but by the next day, it was repaired. Service is outstanding.
The location is excellent - central with many restaurants and attractions nearby. There is no parking, and the closest is an expensive indoor carpark on Sand Street. There is outdoor parking about a kilometer away, that can be paid via an app, which is practical and much cheaper. However, if you are staying here, no need for a hire car as the apartments are located immediately beside the bus terminal.
The apartment is spacious, and had everything we needed: full sized stove/oven, full sized refrigerator, even a washer/dryer for a longer stay (we were there 10 days).
Arriving in the apartment, we found it tidy and clean. There was even milk, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper. Everything for the next day's breakfast. Also, on the first floor, there are freshly baked croissants laid out at 7 a.m. - but you must get there early, as it's first come, first serve.
There are only three things that I did not like: the carpet in the bedroom should be replaced, and the handle to the closet in the room was almost falling off. These are so minor that I would not even mention, but otherwise, everything in the apartment (and I include the staff) was perfection. The third issue has nothing to do with the apartment, but the city view apartment is overlooking restaurants and the bus stops. This makes it noisy, though with the windows closed the level was acceptable. This is the price you pay for a centrally located apartment. Even so, I give the Liberty Wharf Apartments the highest recommendation for a good stay in St Helier."
