"Just returned from this hotel after 7 nights with our son and grandsons.We were so disappointed we had a junior suite, which had cooking facilities which we required for our autistic grandson due to him eating certain foods, there were no utensils crockery anything not even a kettle or a cup! We had to go out and buy those items! As for the food apart from breakfast it was disgraceful therefore we ate out each night even though we were all inclusive! Around the pool are was pretty dirty also, we will definitely not be returning and would not recommend to anyone."

"The hotel itself is pretty decent, facilities were ok, wifi ok and rooms were really comfortable. Unfortunately we have come at the end of the season (October) and therefore the food and service isn’t great. Food - we are all inclusive. Breakfast has the best choice but the coffee is terrible (no milk no matter which option you select) and fruit juices are more water than juice. Lunch choice is minimal, options yesterday was 2 pizza, chips, spring rolls, onion rings, vindaloo or curry. The salad wasn’t replenished and the protein option was boiled egg. Evening meal seems better but there is only one plain protein option, lots of rice and pasta but limited veg. A lot of effort appears to go into the snack bar throughout the day. Service is terrible, there is normally one or two staff members serving and the queue is often 5-10 deep, can be waiting a few minutes to closer to 10. There is no day time entertainment for the children even though it is half term. The evening entertainment for the children is the same every day and isn’t on until 9pm. The main issue we have is the hotel is running out of things, no ice creams for the kids and drinks are starting to run out as well. A lot of other guests are eating out due to limited options and going out on a night due to no entertainment. Passes as a 4 star for the rooms but the service isn’t 4 star at all"

"No drinks included with half board meal!!!! Overall the hotel was good and the only reason I'm rating three star was the unacceptable situation that you have to pay for drinks with your half board meal. A situation we have never had before staying half board. We've had situations when drinks were limited to one per guess but never not included. The staff, rooms and hotel experience otherwise was great with the only issue in the hotel room was trying to get the hand wash replenish and struggling to explain to the house keepers. Google translate solved that issue but you can't really expect every member of staff to speak English and really I would just hope that reception staff would and they all had a good understanding, I am also trying to work on my Spanish as well. The only think preventing me rating the staff higher is the drinks on the half board."
