Hotel Cala Font

"We had 5 nights in this wonderful hotel. It was clean, the staff on reception, at the bar and restaurant were very pleasant and very attentive. A great choice of food at breakfast and dinner. My only complaint would be that the food could have been warmer. Didn't use the roof top pool so can't comment on that."

"stayed at this hotel october 2026 , Hotel was lovely , very very clean , room was spacious , modern and we had a lovely pool and sea view ,staff were all friendly and helpful , food was as expected , good choice for breakfast usual fruit cereal , english breakfast , cold meat cheese , pastries , so carnt complain , we were half board we found eve meal fine always nicely presented and a good choice , we sometimes swapped for lunch instead which was also very nice , we never had to queue or wait but imagine you would july august , The pool area was nice lots of sunbeds never too busy either , beach a stone throw away and was great to be able to take a dip in the sea then head back to the pool , I just have a couple of niggles but nothing major, i would say bring your own hair dryer as it was very difficult to use with it been on such a short coil , the hotel is in a very hilly area which was ok for us but could be an issue if you don’t like hills . A positive - the lovely spacious relaxing roof top pool and bar , yes you paid 15 euros for the day but it was worth it , we enjoyed the comfy beds and lovely pool , it was so tranquil All in all a lovely hotel to stay in if you don’t want much else than relaxation and chill time . salou was aprox 35/40 minute walk which was ok now and again , buses were easy to catch and we bought a ticket from the local shop which was 11 aeros and gave you 10 journeys so pretty good , we went to cambriles and tarragona both worth a visit . A great holiday all in all and we would recommend this hotel ."

"First impression, hotel looked good, then went downhill drastically. Receptionist wanted tourist tax, deposit and rental for kettle, no hospitality shown whatsoever. Laughed when i asked if there was drinking water in the room. Room clean but in need of decor update. No privacy when showering as open plan, no door. View from balacony non existant, ie brick wall. Breakfast food cold, uncooked, limited and repetative. fruit covered in mold or not ripe to eat. Long queues for dinner, some nights there were no vegatables offered. Beef burgers totally raw in the middle/uncooked. Food not impressive, bland, cold, uncooked even when arrived early. Restaurant staff, unfriendly, moody and were only interested in selling you water or wine. Empty glasses were snatched from the table if you were not drinking. Staff were very unwelcoming, showing utter contempt, to young, old and disabled paying customers. Felt as if we were an inconvenience throughout our stay, if that what was intented, then i can give 10 out of 10. My final words are i will not be returning to Spain again, even if you paid me."
