"This was our second year staying at the hotel staff very friendly and helpful room was nice and clean as was the whole of the hotel rooms cleaned daily and towels and beds changed when asked food was a lot better this year more choices and was hot it has improved a lot since last year it’s now got a no smoking policy on balcony and pool areas but they is somewhere you can smoke or vape near the outside bar and at the entrance of the hotel near the road although the flower beds look like they smoke as a lot of people leave there cigarette ends mixed in with plants apart from that everywhere else is clean and tidy we are looking to book again for next year as it is ideal for shops pubs restaurants and the beach the location is great and bus stops near bar for Cambriles and Tarragona"

"Stayed for 6 nights in July , all Lovely. Extremely hot,as you'd expect, however air-conditioning easily coped! Pool area small but adequate. Our stay was through the world cup & where most European teams & channels were catered for , unfortunately England & any English Channel ( other than BBC Hong Kong which was crap ) was not available & no effort or interset to accommodate, which was a massive disappointment given the large audience staying ! Food ok , never went hungry but breakfast ( especially the hash browns ) was definitely the strongest element . Roof top pool a definite winner ! Close to Sea front & Port Aventura, can't be too bad as coming back in October! Backs on to the Old Brown Cow which is an old favourite, for a game of bingo head to Potters ( Quiz 9pm , Bingo at 10pm )"

"We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at this lovely hotel. We were a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but we were very pleasantly surprised. I did notice a lot of the negative comments were from smokers and mobility vehicle users. Smokers are designated an area for smoking and vaping though I did see a few sneaking a smoke on the sunbeds and on the balconies. This didn’t bother me at all though it is what it is. There is also a charging area for the mobility vehicles. We had no problem getting a sunbed at any time of the day. The food is fabulous and there is a huge choice. I read comments about cold food nope it was always hot and fresh. Big shout out for the animation team in particular Pepe who is engaging and friendly and doesn’t push you into activities. The cleaners are superb I have never been in such a clean hotel. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful. I hope this helps anyone thinking of booking."
