"We stayed at this hotel in September 2025 as a family of four, with two young children aged 6 and 3. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — the hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We decided to upgrade to full board during our stay, and the food was consistently excellent with plenty of variety. Evening entertainment was a highlight — the team puts in so much energy and effort, making every night fun and engaging. We also made use of the kids’ club on several days, and joined in with both the children’s and adult games. The staff, especially Belen, were incredibly friendly and fantastic with the kids. Our room was clean and comfortable, though a bit compact for a family of four. However, the large balcony was a great bonus. Housekeeping was excellent — rooms were cleaned and fresh towels provided whenever we asked. Overall, we couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff. It was a brilliant family holiday and we truly hope to return one day!"

"Stayed as a family with two children (6&3 years) for the second the time. Wonderful family hotel. Clean and great sizes rooms. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Entertainment is brilliant for the kids and lots for adults to do aswell. Kids loved the pools and evening disco. We really enjoyed the variety of food. The hotel is a good size and not too busy. Great location to visit salou. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for a fabulous holiday."

"The best family hotel and holiday we have had yet, we travelled as 2 adults and 2 kids (9+6). very welcoming and friendly staff, the entertainment staff were excellent with loads of fun games to keep the kids and myself busy, the pool is perfect, fun and safe for kids of that age, there is nothing i can fault with this hotel , we left buzzing and all agreed we will be back again next year. well done to all involved in that hotel"
