"My friends and I stayed here for three nights, and by the time we left, we honestly didn’t want to go. This has become one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The first thing that impressed me was the design. As a designer myself, I’m usually quite critical of hotels’ aesthetics, but this place completely exceeded my expectations. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, modern, creative and full of personality. It’s one of those rare hotels where you genuinely enjoy spending time in every space—from the beautiful courtyard and swimming pool to the restaurant and lounge. It felt inspiring every single day. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of fresh, delicious food, and having breakfast in the peaceful garden every morning became one of my favourite moments of the trip. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the people. The service was warm, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. A special thank you to Bruno, the Office Manager, who was incredibly professional and helped us with several situations during our stay. His kindness, efficiency and willingness to help made a huge difference, and we really appreciated everything he did for us. I’d also like to thank Andrea（not sure if I spelled his name right), who was always so friendly, professional and welcoming. Whether serving us or preparing drinks, he always had a smile on his face and made us feel at home. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines exceptional design with such heartfelt hospitality. This place truly has both. If I ever come back to Porto, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back. ❤️"
